My style is influenced by earlier studies in silkscreen printmaking and is also reminiscent of the art and culture present when I was growing up; 60’s pop and 70’s psychedelic.
My current work is an exploration of painting using the same materials and processes used in the production of open-wheel racecars. I am fascinated by depicting something as organic and fragile as a flower on such a high-tech, indestructible surface like carbon fiber.
