"Intuitive Adornments"
April 10th through May 7th, 2008
Opening Reception: April 13th 2008, 2-4 PM
Artists: Geraldine Ludeman and Nikki Maimes

The F.W. Gallery at Woolworth Walk will be presenting a collaborative exhibit for the month of April. The artists being featured are Geraldine Ludeman and Nikki Maimes. These artists have been chosen to show together based on their complementary work. Both of these women allow intuition to guide and direct their artistic expression. Geraldine focuses on fiber work, letting the materials lead the way. She creates artsy kimonos, shawls and scarves. Nikki Maimes is a woman who enjoys exploring the healing powers of natural stones, therefor she designs jewelry that is both balancing and energy enhancing. This month long exhibit will begin on April 10th, with an opening reception welcoming the public on Sunday, April the 13th from 2-4 pm. Together this pair will create a show that will get you in the mood to look and feel your best.

"A Great Life"
Show Dates: May 9th to June 10th 2008
Opening Reception: Sunday May 11th 2008 2-4pm
Artist: Stuart Bryan

Woolworth Walk has chosen the painter Stuart Bryan to be the featured artist for the month of May. Stuart, who is a self taught artist will be displaying paintings depicting surrealism, embellished landscapes, and even cartoonish figures. Stuart Bryan seems to have been born with a paintbrush in his hand, and through the years he has become his very own 'worst critic'. This has pushed him to continue to perfect his techniques, at times painting the same image over and over again to see it in a different way.

Woolworth Walk will be holding an opening reception May 11th from 2-4pm. Stuart will be present to introduce his month long exhibit to the public. The show will be on display from May 9th to June 10th. Stop by to see the creativity and expertise that Asheville has become home to.
